Love this place! We’ve found the perfect hairstylist in Addi who not only does my hair but also my sister’s who has Down Syndrome and is very particular about who cuts her hair. Addi is attentive to our needs and great with conversation. Also, the shop is always clean and the staff are super friendly! Highly recommend!

Ashleigh was amazing. Reasonable pricing and GF really loved the cut. In town visiting but would definitely come back. Bonus points: parking garage beside it has 2 hr free parking so was very easy to get in and out considering the location.
My son hated having his hair cut, tried a few different places and he just never stayed still for anyone...until Tapainga. She has made his haircut experience amazing and she's our go to!! Also they serve you beer while you wait! Highly recommend.

Not only did she do a great job, but it’s rare when you meet someone who also is so personable! If you can, be sure to request her, she does a great job and you’d be lucky to get into her schedule!! The staff is always very friendly and on time with their appointments. The place is clean and they do offer beverages while you wait to get a haircut. Last time I went in they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule and get my hair take care of without an appointment as there weren’t any available before the holidays. 5-stars customer service!
Have never had a bad experience at any Arrow location! This location is unique due to the history of the building. Definitely worth the visit!
